Creating standardized workflows yet maintaining flexibility in these processes are key as practices, groups, and cases differ. Administrators will leave the session with notes to take back and create functional workflows. Consistent Flexibility

Have you ever had to defend your ingestion, review, or production practices? • If so, what was that like? Audience Participation

Private and Confidential – Copyright 2020 Create a CSE for the MedMal Practice Group • Needs: • Gets large PDFs that contain confidential, public record, and Protective Order pages. • Atty Comments, Expert Review, Nurse Consultant Comments, and Produced When/By fields • Doesn’t utilize Coding Forms but runs the following searches for each case: • Contains “Error” • Contains “MRI” Create a Production Template for the Insurance Defense Group • Needs: • Natives and Images to be produced, but no native when Image is redacted. • No OCR produced • No Load Files, on Multi-Page PDFs named via Starting ProdBegNo • ProdBegNo, EndNo, etc fields written to the database. • All productions to have a stamp in the top center stating “Subject to Protective Order” in red.
