  6. 6. Tip 2: Choose your password carefully. You will be prompted to change your password at first logon and every 90 days. Change you password on an IOE workstation or remotely via the Portal. ‘Getting started booklet’ Page 3. Note: If you have enrolled online you will not need to change your password at first logon.
  7. 7. Tip 3: As soon as possible once you have changed your password, register with the self-service password reset tool. You can manage your password here.
