(57) Abstract :
We have recorded refractive indices both ne and no of the Cholesteric liquid crystals (CLC) i.e. Cholesteryl Pelargonate 97% using
multi-wavelength (visible range) refractometer. Measurements were made at different concentrations, mixing CLC in a soluble
solvent. Effect of variation of temperature and concentrations of the CLC on refractive indices is recorded. Using ne and no refractive
indices at different wavelengths (visible range) we have calculated pitch and birefringence of CLC at various temperatures and
concentrations. Changes in the pitch and birefringence of the CLC are evident and are clearly verified by the method used by us. This
investigation can be very useful in many applications.

(57) Abstract :
In the modem technical world, many developments are in progress to reduce the core thickness for reducing the iron losses of
transformer. Amorphous metal core is one of the examples for lesser core thickness. This invention will be useful to reduce the core
weight of the three phase transformer for the same rating when we compare the of E&I type three phase transformer. A transformer is
essentially a static electromagnet device consisting of two or more windings which link with a common magnetic field. One of these
windings, the primary, is connected to an alternating voltage source; an alternating flux is produced whose amplitude depends on the
primary voltage and number of turns. The primary induced voltage is Ep= 4.44fΦm Tp Where f= frequency, Φm= mutual flux, Tp =
number of turns in the primary winding. This flux links with the secondary winding induces in it a voltage whose value depends on the
amplitude of flux and the number of secondary turns. The induced voltage in the secondary winding is Es= 4.44fΦ, Ts, where Ts =
number of secondary turns. The ratio of voltage is Es/Ep = Ts/Tp. The invention transformer works as per magnetic induction
principle. The transformer has 3 limbs and 2 Equilateral Triangle yokes Y1 and Y2 on top and bottom of the transformer. Each limb
has primary and secondary windings of each phase. There are three such set of windings for three phases. The Yoke Y1 is formed on
the top side of the equilateral triangle transformer. The Yoke Y2 is formed at the bottom side of the equilateral triangle transformer.
The limb and yoke joints are interleaved by the laminated silicon core.

(57) Abstract :
In a common loudspeaker the voice coil is working in a single magnetic circuit of single permanent magnet, but in present invention,
the dual magnetic field loudspeaker the voice coil is working in a magnetic circuit of two permanent magnets. In this construction the
permanent magnet are arranged in particular manner where same poles are opposing each other, so that two magnetic circuits are
formed with inverse direction. So that a strong magnetic gap is formed in between these two magnetic circuits .Here the voice coil is
placed. This strong magnetic gap has more powerful magnetic flow as compared with other common loudspeaker. When current is
flowing through the voiceless coil either in forward or backward direction a corresponding magnetic field will be created around the
coil. This magnetic field will attracted by one of the permanent magnet and at the same time repulse with the other permanent magnet
and vice versa. This phenomenon will enable the voice coil to move vigorously results in production of high quality sound.

(57) Abstract :
The basic principle is electric power generation by working the steam engine. A flywheel is fixed to the rotor for a continuous
generation of power. The heating mechanism consists of a convex lens and concave mirror setup placed diametrically opposite to each
other so as to have a continuous sun-tracking mechanism. The above setup is achieved by balancing the weight of the lens and mirror
in such a manner that it rotates on a circular pivot along with the suns motion. Their focal point focuses on the Stirling engines
forming water vapour on superheating. The steam from the Stirling engines works the flywheel for continuous power generation. Later
water is condensed by small margin and is stored in storage tank to maintain the temperature. The stored hot water is again sent to the
Stirling engine for being heated thus it acts as a coolant for the system.

(57) Abstract :
The application of 3D conformal radiation therapy and conventional 2D therapy now become common practice in Radiotherapy. The
intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and 3D CRT has potential to dose distributions that conforms closely to the 3
dimensional shape of target volume, further we reduce dose to the normal structures by fluence modulation and beam intensity vary
across the field ,there is a potential deficiency of this treatment is Higher dose gradient (Hot spot) and Lower dose gradient (Cold spot)
due to irregular structure of tumour volume, the validation and accuracy of treatment delivery all plans are verified by using water
equivalent phantoms, Radiographic film EDR2(Kodak) also recent technique such as 2D array matrix. These modalities are to found
accuracy of treatment delivery, but technically all dosimetry have its own drawbacks like film dosimetry depends on developing times
and temperature, ion chamber having lot of uncertainty, it is obivious that the isodose of low energy tend to disappear if measurement
made by ion chambers. This existing modality is not direct measurement and optical image all results are conversion of radiation
energy into graphical isodose line or bright and dark band in film. Inside the phantom what is going on How can we trust We invented
a new terminology Laser Infrared dosimetry (LIR) to evaluate more accurate optical isodose measurement with low cost instrument.
Radiation beam consist of different isodose curve these patterns are developed when points which have the same depth dose are joined
together an isodose curve is obtained. This new invention laser Infrared dosimetry (LIR) is truely optical analogue and direct image
from the water phantom also economic significance.

(57) Abstract :
This invention relates to a process of rapidly extracting a large amount of (-) Hydroxycitric acid from the fruit-rinds of Garcinia
cambogia by a modified method that eliminates several major expensive and time-consuming steps from the already established
Original Method. Essentially the steps that were eliminated were as follows: a) Neutralization of the crude extract with 2N NaOH that
led to the formation of a salt in the form of an amber coloured viscous lactone. b) Purifying this lactone by washing thrice with 70%
ultra-pure HPLC grade ethanol. c) Drying of the purified lactone overnight at 60° C d) Re-suspension of this purified lactone in 10 ml
of sterile distilled water and e) Subsequent passage of the above lactone through an activated Dowex Cation Column in order to
collect the regenerated (-) Hydroxycitric acid. The (-) Hydroxycitric acid which is sensitive enough for detection by HPLC and Mass
spectroscopy, could thus be obtained even without using a Cation Exchange Resin Dowex column. In contrast, the amount of this
compound thus extracted was found to be much more than that obtained after passing through the Dowex Column. This innovative
method thus saved considerable amount of time, cost and effort toward the extraction of (-) Hydroxycitric acid from the fruit-rinds of
Garcinia cambogia.

This invention is aimed to estimate the (-) Hydroxycitric acid available in the fruit-rinds of Garcinia cambogia by a novel, rapid and
inexpensive method of Microtitration, which replaced the Existing, Original, time-consuming and expensive method of estimation by
HPLC. For this Innovative Microtitration analysis, a commercially available (-) Hydroxycitric acid of 60% stock (wt/vol) was serially
diluted to 0.6%. 1 ml of this diluted (-) Hydroxycitric acid was neutralized with 0.5N NaOH, using 5 uL of phenolphthalein as the
indicator, in an eppendorf tube. About 60 uL of 0.5N NaOH was required to neutralize the 0.6% (-) Hydroxycitric acid. Now, using
the chemical formula N1V1 = N2V2, the molarity of the (-) Hydroxycitric acid was determined to be 30mM which in turn amounted
to be 6.24g in weight. This is based upon the fact that the molecular weight of (-) Hydroxycitric acid being 208, indicates that 1 Litre
of the extract has 0.624% of (-) Hydroxycitric acid. This value tallied with the dilution of the (-) Hydroxycitric acid used.

The present invention relates to a steering arrangement for automobiles/vehicles and in particular, to a double axis steering
arrangement for wheels which enable tilting and turning (steering) of wheels to take place simultaneously and independently. The
main feature of the invention involves a new type of steering arrangement that not only allow the vehicle to steer horizontally like
normal cars but also allow the wheels to tilt at an angle. Importantly, incorporation of ball joints for wheel mounting on main axle
allow free rotation of wheels, steering of wheels in horizontal plane as well as tilt on vertical plane and also a combination of both.
Two different tie rod systems are connected to end part of the main axle on two perpendicular axes plane through the counter
mechanism so that at any given time the wheels turns through a solid angle and thus enhancing turning efficiency to great extent.

(57) Abstract :
The interlacing air nozzle provides two parallel yarn grooves on the nozzle plate and a stream of air is introduced into each of the yarn
grooves, respectively, through a channel inside the nozzle plate. The channel contains a first vertical section connecting an air inlet, a
lateral section connecting the first vertical section for distributing the air, and two second vertical sections extended from the lateral
section, each connecting a yarn grooves, respectively. As such, when high-pressured air is introduced into the nozzle plates channel
via the air inlet, the air runs through the first vertical section, is separated uniformly into two streams by the lateral section, and then
the two steams are directed to the yarn grooves through the second vertical sections so as to achieve equi-pressure texturing and to
produce two single-thread false-twisted yarns of identically high quality.
