  6. 6. Learning about politics can seem daunting, difficult, boring or even irrelevant. ! ! Our approach:
  7. 7. We wanted to create A hub of all BBC Referendum content A place to learn gradually A way for users to get answers to their questions An interactive space where no question is too big, small or ‘stupid’ to ask

  18. 18. BBC News answer dependent on users response Questions are entry points to related articles
  19. 19. Daily questions are pushed out via social media to encourage gradual learning

  22. 22. We created a Photo Booth for people to ask their own Referendum questions
  23. 23. We used BBC News resources to get answers and shared them online
