Business Case Client: Mercado Libre Project: Advanced Implementation of Google Analytics Summary: The client had a collection of around 30 e-commerce websites throughout Latin America (mainly Mercado Libre and De Remate domains) and a centralized (proprietary) payment gateway. For 10+ years these websites didn’t have an enterprise web analytics platform. Challenge: The client attempted to setup Google Analytics in-house, but the resulting implementation was a failure. Solution: Intellignos did an initial assessment and technical audit, and was then commissioned to lead the advanced implementation of Google Analytics for the whole network of sites. Additionally, Intellignos implemented custom dashboards to provide relevant KPIs, along with web analytics training.
  10. 10. Business Case Client: Fox Latin American Channels Project: Advanced implementation of Web Analytics Summary: The client had a very large network of websites. Their business required they were able to measure the performance of each individual website as well as the performance of the complete network as a whole. Challenge: The challenge was to develop an information system that provided the relevant data to the different groups within the company, in order to improve decision making and overall administration of each Internet property. Solution: Implement an advanced Web Analytics solution across the whole network of websites, and develop an integrated information system that delivers timely and relevant information to each group through customized dashboards and reports.

Business Case Client: Psicofxp Project: Research & Analytics strategy for revenue generation Summary: Psicofxp.com is one of the largest Internet properties in Argentina —in terms of traffic—, and its main source for revenue generation is through online advertising. Challenge: The main challenge was to effectively expand the website’s traffic in order to increase advertising stock and maximize revenue. Solution: Develop a Research & Analytics strategy, based on integration of multiple quantitative and qualitative data sources, in order to: • Profile and segment visitors to deliver more relevant campaigns. • Analyze behavior patterns and content consumption trends. • Measure and improve engagement of members of the social network. • Optimize user experience to grow traffic and increase advertising stock. • Improve decision making using a streamlined reporting system based on custom dashboards and scorecards.

Business Case Client: Competir Project: User Experience & Usability Review Summary: Aula365.com is a social network that offers a vast ecosystem of educational resources to kids in most countries of Latin America and some countries in Europe. Challenge: The website needed to be extremely easy-to-use given its target audience (both parents and children alike) in order to improve engagement and conversion. Solution: A very thorough User Experience & Usability Review was carried out that provided many insights into usability problems. An action plan for resolving those issues was developed and Intellignos assisted in the process of relaunching the product with all new user interface with greatly improved usability aspects.

Business Case Client: Partido Acción Nacional (PAN) Project: Integrated information system for reporting and analysis Summary: Leading to the national elections in Mexico, PAN launched an integrated marketing campaign that encompassed a wide variety of online initiatives ranging from websites and blogs, to advertising campaigns and viral videos. Challenge: Given the different sources of information available, the challenge was to compile and reveal the relevant information needed to understand the performance of the overall campaign and the actions needed to maximize its impact. Solution: Develop an integrated reporting & analysis system that: • Consolidates the data models from the different sources. • Delivers consistent and relevant information through customized dashboards and ad-hoc reports. • Provides actionable insights and recommendations.

Business Case Client: DIRECTV Latin America Project: Buzz Monitoring, Sentiment Analysis and Reporting Summary: DIRECTV Latin America is one of the world-wide leading providers of TV technologies and entertainment, with increasing online presence in social networks. Challenge: In order to effectively develop its social media strategy, DIRECTV Latin America needed to effectively gauge the online buzz surrounding its brands and services. Solution: The client engaged Intellignos to develop a comprehensive Brand Perception Study (including competitors) that served as the basis for developing its social media strategy. From then on constant buzz monitoring, sentiment analysis and reporting was implemented to provide insights into customers positive and negative perceptions.
