He holds 22 years of experience in the technical staffing industry. Previous to establishing ITS, John was the Vice President of North Star Resources, Inc. from 1989 to 1995. His background includes 18 years of hands on technical experience both in an R&D environment (product development / testing / FCC, U.L., IEEE) and field service installation and repair. John also possesses many years of experience working for hi-tech state-of-the-art companies previously to partnering up and opening his first company in 1989. His technical working background has helped him relate to clients and candidates alike. Having insight from both the employer and employee sides has helped lead to the many successful years he has remained in business. (<br />Phil Kohari– VP – Phil possesses 25 years of staffing experience from recruiting to managing accounts. He has been with ITS for the last 14 years. Phil has successfully leveraged a background in the manufacturing and consulting industries into a unique understanding of equipment /processes and the personnel that solve problems and increase profitability. Committed to achieving a high level of customer service and satisfaction, he is highly skilled at assessing client technical and company culture requirements. (<br />Kevin Marteny– Sr. Marketing Manager – Kevin holds 17 years experience in the technical & engineering placement industry with ITS. Kevin specializes in servicing architectural, A&E and consulting engineering firm industries along with manufacturing, IT/MIS, product development, environmental, surveying, trade show exhibit/graphics, banking and healthcare. “It has been a long and exciting road to service so many employers . His diverse background in the fields of product development support, engineering support, construction, computer training and technical maintenance along with his additional 12 years experience as an electronic engineering technician has helped make him successful in identifying and recruiting for clients’ specific and unique technical staffing needs. (<br />Jim O’Neil – Account Rep./Recruiter – Jim has been apart of the ITS family for seven years. He has learned all aspects of the business, beginning his career answering phones, processing resumes and recruiting talent. He is now managing accounts and working with companies to help with their staff augmentation. Jim is driven and determined to find the most qualified candidates for his clients.
