Specific challenges to NCDD </li></ul><ul><li>Based on consensus – not always easy </li></ul><ul><li>Individual institutions compete for funding </li></ul><ul><li>Finding the common ground between such diverse partners is not always easy </li></ul><ul><li>No structural funding </li></ul><ul><li>Only 1 fte at the NCDD Bureau </li></ul><ul><li>Small institutions have trouble with role ‘big four’ </li></ul>
