  6. 6. arlsberg Use Case arlsberg is trying to mobilize personalized operational reports and dashboards to their sales re typical sales rep for Carlsberg spends majority of his day on road, meeting customers & i rely in office oblem: e problem is that when sales rep is on the road meeting customers he isn't connected to the late les KPIs, whether it is the sales pipeline, new opportunities, or hot leads. He knows he is always e step behind the latest metrics e current KPI reports are created in Excel and sales rep either caries printouts or downloads the ports on to his laptop. Apart from these reports being non-interactive, he would also be not able t swer adhoc questions from his customers since he cannot slice and dice the data.
