Content of EHRYour electronic health record contains the followinginformation:• Identity Sheet- Biographic data ( age, sex, address, name)• Progress Notes- Notes made by doctors.• Immunization Records- Dates of immunization• Allergies• Radiology Images/Reports• Lab & Test Results• Medication• Past Medical History- Past Surgeries, previous hospitalization• Vital Signs- blood pressure readings, glucose readings• Diagnosis
