  2. 2. What does the tool do and how can I find it?<br />You can find “CiteULike” by typing www.CiteULike.com into your browser. Once you reach the home page you can log in or join, in the right hand top corner, or you can simply browse the page without joining.<br />CiteULikeis a FREE service to help you to store, organize and share the scholarly papers you are reading. <br />
  3. 3. What are the features?<br />When you see a paper on the web that interests you, you can click one button (Which you can install on your toolbar) and have it added to your personal library. CiteULike automatically extracts the citation details, so there is less work for you! You may choose between different ways of citing, such as APA or MLA. You can also set up a “watch” list to keep track of new and interesting articles on the website.<br />
  4. 4. Why would someone use this tool?<br />This tool is useful in organizing and finding scholarly articles. You can join discussion groups or common interest groups and find articles that interest you or that you may need for research. It grants you access to all the articles you may be using in your research papers and projects. CiteUlike can also serve as a place to do research. <br />
  5. 5.  Is it strictly web-based or does one need to download and install software?<br />It all works from within your web browser so there&apos;s no need to install any software. Because your library is stored on the server, you can access it from any computer with an Internet connection.<br />
