Working with organisations to help them better use information to make business decisions is what inspires me. I am a consultant, researcher and educator that has worked in a wide range of industry sectors in Australia and overseas with many different small, medium and large organisations. I combine 15 years of consulting experience with knowledge gained through research and teaching to implement cost effective operational reporting, business intelligence and data warehousing systems that are designed using best practice principles. My research interests include how business intelligence vendors innovate, and implementation of business intelligence in different national cultures.
