Machine connectivity to In.uxDB An architectural blueprint where telemetry data is captured from the shop+oor and shipped into In+uxDB 10 The ingestion of data streams is done by Telegraf running either on EC2, or ECS or EKS. 9 AWS IoT Rules can redirect data +ows to Amazon Kinesis Streams, among other options. 8 AWS IoT Core provides a managed MQTT brokerage service that connect millions of IoT devices and gateways. 7 Model machines with AWS IoT SiteWise end export standardized information +ows. 6 Combine multiple AWS Lambda functions to Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) at the computing edge. 5 Deploy AWS Lambda functions at the computing edge for the conversion of industrial protocols to MQTTs. 4 Plug cloud services onto the shop +oor with AWS IoT Greengrass Connector. 3 Streamline the collection of machine data with AWS IoT SiteWise Connector. 2 Deploy AWS IoT Greengrass on Industrial PC and x86 computers on the shop+oor. 1 AWS Cloud Visualizations and dashboards can be built using In.uxDB. This modular architecture fosters a vast eco-system of technology and consulting partners. • For example, data captured with AWS IoT Greengrass at the edge and with AWS IoT Core in the cloud can be shipped with AWS IoT Rules to In+uxDB via Telegraf and Amazon Kinesis.
