Conditions for effective empowerment: <ul><li>Proper information should be provided </li></ul><ul><li>Multi skills & knowledge is needed in employees </li></ul><ul><li>Reward the employees adequately </li></ul><ul><li>Risk taking factor should be encouraged </li></ul><ul><li>Employee should understand all the jobs </li></ul><ul><li>Authority and power should be completely delegated to employee </li></ul>
