CLEANING THE MAT IS EASY
Use a soft, non-abrasive, cloth with some
warm water; use a mild hand soap if
necessary. Occasionally the mat may have some minor dust or dirt built up from the production and shipping processes. Over time, a build
up of dust and dirt will roll off the back of the treadmill and accumulate on the“tail”of the mat - better the mat than your flooring!
Clean as instructed.

UNFURL THE MAT FROM ITS SHRINK-PACKAGING
Due to the rolling, for packaging, the mat will have a temporary bias to sit
flatter on the side that has been rolled inward. If you need to reverse the
sides, you can“massage”the corners in the direction you need and the
mat will be pliable enough to find its new normal position in a few hours.
STEP 2
PLACE THE MAT AND LEVEL THE TREADMILL
Center the treadmill on the mat so that there is only about 3”
(7.6cm) of mat extending out from the rear of the treadmill. Once
the treadmill is placed, ensure it is level on the mat; use a level
and adjust the 4 corner levellers accordingly.
