  3. 3. + Agenda… Introduce Library Resources crucial for this assignment using Library Earth Sciences LibGuide resources http://researchguides.library.brocku.ca/ERSC Identify resources on how to write an annotated bibliography Learn to identify primary peer-reviewed scholarly sources for your annotated bibliography. Use RefWorks to create and manage citations e.g. APA Style Take time to search, explore, examine, and gain valuable experience!
  4. 4. + Resources…  Identify keywords & Ideas: Google, Oxford Reference database, Gale Virtual Reference Library database, Online reference resources: Earth Sciences Dictionaries & Encyclopedias, USGS, etc.  Article Databases: SuperSearch (which includes books, e-books, Academic Search Complete, Web of Science, GeoRef and other databases), Scholars Portal E-Journals, Google Scholar, etc.  How to write an annotated bibliography!  Identifying primary resources? Scholarly? Searching for peer reviewed journals?  RefWorks instruction - stay tuned!
