2. Food consumption, nutrition and lifestyles
are closely related to non communicable
diseases, such as cardiovascular disease,
diabetes and cancer.
3. A diet laden with sugar, meat and carbs
coupled with few opportunities for exercise
have left 62% of Egyptians overweight.
WHILE 31.3% of them were classed as
obese.
6. 100 Million Seha (Health) campaign
• President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi’s initiative
announced starting from October 2018 for all
governorates, to include citizens above 19years
in 3 consecutive stages

Detecting the nutritional stunted children and apply a
nutritional protocol with nutritional supplements.
Nutritional supplements from the institute pharmacy in
every month visits were given for free.
Promoting healthy food consumption patterns
to ensure diversity in the diet, and nutrition
education for children and their families.
Reassess the protocols of the clinic for better results and
address micronutrient deficiencies.
29. 5-Adult malnutrition clinics
(overweight and obesity )
• Promoting nutrition counseling regarding New types of
diets emerging every now and then :
• The ketogenic ,carnivorus,low carb,the intermittent fasting
and etc…
• The safe use of sweeteners sucralose,satevia.and others
31. 7-Nutritional clinics for special needs
Promoting and
protecting nutritional
