  2. 2. :// introduction  Indonesian government, business and civil society groups under the ID-IGF Multi-Stakeholder Forum plans to pioneer a new and truly multi-stakeholder model for hosting the Global Internet Governance Forum (IGF) in 2013.  The decision of these stakeholders signals the support of IGF and commitment to the principles of openness and inclusivity.  This multi-stakeholder model for hosting requires a new approach to covering the costs of the event.
