    5. 5. ? WHAT IS EMERGENCY RELIEF? Attends to those in an immediate crisis situation. It’s based on principles of survival. WHAT IS LONG TERM DEVELOPMENT? Focusses on the sustained and planned efforts to improve a social, political, infrastructure, environmental and the like in developing countries.
