5. HTPG Beyond 2020 - Way forward
• Highly appreciated by the TCC members especially

• Suggested to write a story/genesis, achievements and
guiding principles for genotyping
• Recommended to continue supporting the
coordination role for the South Asia region
• Approved to utilize 75,000$ project fund with mid-
density services for ICRSIAT crops
• The project is now transitioned into Module 3 of EiB
• HTPG now rebranded as low density genotyping
services
• HTPG will continue to offer the current services to CG
and NARS across SSA & SA
• Lessons learned from HTPG will pave the the roadmap for
other shared services in EiB
