Oct 22nd , 2017 5 LibreOffice to North Africa ● An Algerian member, share and make videos in Facebook and YouTube about LibreOffice in Arabic Language. ● Languages used in the region: – Arabic : official public administration language. – French: used on business, healthcare and sciences. – Berber: or called also Amazigh language, it is the original ethnic language. ● In Tunisia 98% of people speaks Arabic and 54% speaks French

Oct 22nd , 2017 7 Conclusion ● LibreOffice community is working on developing the project in term of design, documentation or marketing… ● The community is contributing well from Asia, the Americas and Europe but not in effective way in Africa and Arab regions. ● Tunisia could take the hand into the region. ● University students are the most active on developing OSS.
