The Client can also: Link to the Descriptive Record. Link to the Digital Object. Select Records and send it to the Agenda , it’s a virtual Folder, where to save the Records he takes interest.

GOAL 1: Develop SRDAE to the Center of Digital Preservation SRDAE: Service of Documentary Reprography Center of Digital Preservation Working Group for State Archives Digitization (2010): Guide of Digitization. Handbook for Good Practices and Technical Procedures. To Recive OD produced on e-Governance. 1.500 millions of digital pictures. Provide the Programs for Preservation and Migration of DO and Technological Supports. Transformation in to the PARES now only provides Digital facsimils of the documents; must provide to the Clients all type of Digital Objects: Sounds, Videos, other formats .

GOAL 3: To Advance in the Archival Standardization About International Standards: PARES works with ICA Description Rules: ISAD (G), ISAAR-CPF; but needs to add: ISDIAH and ISDF. Now has been included EAD, EAG, EAC. About Spanish National Standards: There is a WG to develop it: CNEDA (2007). Now it’s going to be published the Logic model (Series Description method). There isn’t a Formal model of description still. PARES provides records based on an ISAD (G) model, developed on 2003 at the Spanish Archives; and it will be modified when CNEDA finish its Standardization works. Access Points In Sept 2010, State Archives have develop the 1st Spanish description rule for the making of Indexes and Creators. Creators Metadata are based on ISAAR-CPF. In this organizational way, the CIDA (Center of Archival Documentary and Information) becames as Standadization Agency for Access Points. And PARES team (at Ministry of Culture) becames as Agency for de Archival Description Quality control. CNEDA Description Logic Model
PARES, between 2010-2011 will work to add the Web 2.0 solutions: Cooperative tools as Wiki . To provide Archival descriptions availables on the main Internet searching tools (PARES-OAI). Presence at the Colaborative Social Nets ( Facebook, Tweter, RSS , others). PARES now offers a model of electronic tools, but so much focused to provide the access on-line to professional researchers and archivists.
