This document provides a rationale for including PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) in primary schools. It argues that PDHPE teaches children to get active and eat healthy by encouraging physical activity, participation in sports, learning about nutrition and balanced diets, and safety lessons. The curriculum covers both physical and health education topics that provide important life skills for students at a young age.
