  14. 14. Organization<br /><ul><li> Students will be divided into two ‘teams’
  15. 15. Teams will report to their teacher for everything from: book orders to playground issues
  16. 16. Both teachers will plan, guide learning, and assess learning for all learners
  17. 17. Parents contact their child’s Team leader for any issues, but will be able to talk to either of us for academic progress</li></li></ul><li>The Final powerful change...<br />I work with my teacher, and peers (in my classroom and in the world) to create new understandings.<br />I need to know things, and my teacher is the expert.<br />Our current environment was based on the factory model to mass produce learners<br />Our ‘new’ model is designed for mass customization<br />
