  12. 12. Singly And Doubly Reinforced beam From previous figure • In singly Beam rebar is only in the tension zone • doubly reinforcement is in both tension and compression zone ,because it can not develop the compressive force to resist the maximum moment .so, Additional rebar is added in the C.Z
