  1. 1. How to anonymously join Fred’s training Session.. Fred Gitelman - World-class Player Bill Gates’s personal bridge coach…
  2. 2. What? Open Bridge Training for beginners This is the intellectual equivalent of watching amateurs racing against Usain Bolt and being given tips afterwards. Hah… can’t wait until Usain takes us on at Bridge… BTW: Jamaica is extremely strong at Bridge, too.
  3. 3. When? Saturday 31st August 2013 4:00 pm EDT http://www.timeanddate. com/countdown/generic? p0=179&iso=20130831T16&msg=BIL+10th+Anni versary+Party (time converter) The event is courtesy of BIL Bridge and Fred of course :)
  4. 4. (any browser)
  5. 5. Step 1
  6. 6. Step 2
  7. 7. Step 3 1 2 3
  8. 8. Step 4 Kibitzer means just watch, not play
  9. 9. Step 5 - Here’s where you watch Now you can watch live North and South are partners, playing against East and West (partners, too) You can see all the cards… the players cannot. But when bidding to determine which pair wins the auction finishes (3 passes in a row), then one hand is displayed to all. Toggle to see who’s online watching, and the results of previous hands.
  10. 10. Step 5 - Here’s where you watch One pair reckons they can make 4+6 = 10 tricks with hearts as trumps. The other pair wanting to make 2+6 = 8 tricks with spades as trumps has been overbid. If the next two players pass… the playing starts. 4 hearts (4+6 tricks) is the accepted contract.

  12. 12. That’s all. Good Luck Partners :)
