  2. 2. l A business profile to boost your career and increase your professional network Because the Web 2.0 gives us access to more and more possibilities, we think it is time to make it possible that the User can make advantage of it. For real. For good. We created a revolutionary portfolio, scalable towards your needs and expectations. Where you can upload all kind of contents and/or import all your existing contents all around on the Web. To show off the best you can for your career and your business
  3. 3. Portfolio section You are on your iCV > section Portfolio: 1. Pass your mouse on the Title, a sub-menu appears 2. Change title and color if you wish 3. Click on “Edit the content” 1 2 3
  4. 4. Edit the content You are on your page My Albums: 1. Click on Import an album if you wish import one or many of your existing albums from Flickr, YouTube or iCV 1
  5. 5. Import an existing album 1. Choose a source: Flickr, Youtube or iCV 2. Enter your username/pseudo 3. The existing list of your albums appear 4. Choose the one you want 5. Save 1 2 3 4 5
  6. 6. Edit the content You are on the page My Albums: 2. Click on Create an album if you want to create a multimedia album and upload music, video, images, documents 2
  7. 7. Edit the content You are on the page New Album: Create the cover of your album 1. Choose an image for the cover 2. Add a title and/or a description 1 2
  8. 8. Upload files Once you created the cover (1), start to upload the files: 1. Add a file 2. Click on Upload 1 2

Upload files <ul><li>The window is open with 3 possibilities: </li></ul><ul><li>Upload directly a file (keep in mind you’ve got 10mo available, so we recommand you to upload average resolution) </li></ul><ul><li>Choose an existing file from Flickr or Youtube (just enter the name of it) </li></ul><ul><li>Paste an url, a Web address linked to a file (image, video…) </li></ul>1 2 3
  10. 10. Organise your albums <ul><li>The list of your albums appears: </li></ul><ul><li>Preview by clicking on the thumbnail </li></ul><ul><li>Edit or delete the album </li></ul><ul><li>3 & 4. Place your mouse on the top of an album, a grey part will be appearing. That means you can move it (drag and drop) to choose the order of albums you wish </li></ul>1 2 3 4
  11. 11. Look at your albums <ul><li>The covers of your albums appear on your public iCV </li></ul><ul><li>Look at it by clicking on one of the thumbnail, then click on the arrow </li></ul>1 2
