  2. 2. Definition • Defective development of the inner one third of the distal radial epiphysis.
  3. 3. Etiology • Unknown, it can be a part of • Turner syndrome or • Dyschondrosteosis (Madelung deformity & mesomeric dwarfism).
  4. 4. Demographics • It is more common in adolescent females.
  5. 5. Radiological features: Distribution: • Usually bilateral.
