  13. 13. P-RAP/Mentor Reporting Documentation P-RAP and Mentor Reporting documentation can be found here on the DMARS home page. A blank P-RAP workbook in MS Word format is also available here for programs that use the P-RAP in hard copy on because the Cadets don’t have Internet access.
