You may want to consider numbering your iPads and assigning a number to each student (just in case) Auto-saving/Dropbox Certain apps will require accounts—class account? Make sure apps are downloaded before you plan to teach with them Use Folders for App storage because you will accumulate a lot! Play time
It is probably best to first choose your learning outcome and then find (google, twitter, etc) an app to suit that learning outcome. Rather than, finding cool apps and then making them fit in… Always know WHY you are using something and make sure it is about the learning!
Educreations: Interactive White Board (similar to show me and explain everything)
Book Creator ($4.99 but totally worth it! Sync to all iPads
We will give each group a couple of apps to explore! Play time is essential…we need to make time to just play with the apps/explore (just like you would with students) In your table group take some time to play with each app Choose one to share with the group What do you like about it? How could you use it with students?
During Lunch you can check out the LINO Link is on todaysmeet.com that we looked at earlier!
