  41. 41. Tuition Payment • Tuition will be paid in 10 monthly installments from AugustMay via FACTS Management Systems. • The two payment options are: – Automatic Debit: tuition payment will be deducted directly from your bank account each month. We highly recommend that this is the best option to choose, based on its convenience. – Invoice: Parents must make payments monthly to FACTS via mail, telephone, or online payments. With this option parents are also welcome to pay Hudson Catholic High School directly, where we will then apply the payment to their FACTS account. – There is a $45.00 one-time fee to enroll in this system.
  42. 42. Tuition Payment • FACTS allows for flexibility in payment arrangements. Although payments are intended to be made every 30 days, the dates in which payments are due can be modified if necessary (pending on parent notifying and communicating with Tuitions Manager of their needs). – COMMUNICATION IS KEY. For every missed/late payment, a $30.00 fee will be charged by FACTS. To prevent this fee, it is ESSENTIAL that the parent reach out to the Tuitions Manager at least 3 days before the payment is due to work out new arrangements.
  43. 43. Tuition Payment • Parents have 24/7 access to the most updated versions of their child’s tuition accounts and payment information, so PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE INFORMATION IT PROVIDES. • Upon the first day of school, each student MUST have paid: 1st month’s tuition, Registration Fee, and Technology Fee. • Any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out the Tuitions Manager.
