  • Ali, nice presentation! It reminds me that brands have many layers and players. My opinion: Sharing all of the 'brand story' is key to authentic engagement with audiences. Sales can result when audiences truly feel they know the brand at its core and all the layers (and even moreso if the brand is intimately engaging and telling the brand story directly with the customer). Thanks for sharing!
