I hold the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators qualification and I have
three years of experience working as an accountant for a law firm. At the firm, I
performed a variety of clerical type duties that ranged from setting up meetings to taking
minutes. I also made sure that everyone concerned were aware of the date and time the
meetings would take place.
I have the skills to manage the office and make sure everything is in order by following up
to ensure the utility bills, insurance and other important issues are taken care of. I have
outstanding organization skills and the interpersonal skills needed to work effectively as a
team but I also have the ability to work independently.
I have excellent communication skills with the ability to listen carefully and to provide
suggestions about running the office that can benefit the company. I am trustworthy and
dependable with the ability to be discreet and keep confidential information private. I
always present myself in a professional manner even when faced with difficult situations.
I have a great eye for detail, excellent mathematical skills and the ability to manage my
time wisely. The attached resume includes a detailed look at my education, work history

have recently seen advertised in (what publication and when and any other details you

I began my career with a degree in Business Administration and have since then followed
routes along the same path. I have thoroughly enjoyed the roles I have performed
