If required take the standard values for any parameters during your calculation. Q.1: Tabulate any five common properties of fluid with their symbles generally used in fluid mechanics, definition, measuring units in both SI and BG systems , dimension and formulas for calculation. Q.2: Calculate the a) Specific weight, b) Specific gravity and c) Density of 200 ft 3 of oil weighs 10520 lb. Q.3: A liquid poured into a graduated cylinder is found to weight 8 N when occupying a volume of 500 ml. Calculate its Densiity, specific weight and specific gravity. Q.4: A fluid (water) having a dynamic viscosity of 0.38 N.s/m 2 and SG 0.91 flows through a 25mm diameter pipe with a velocity of 2.6m/s. Determine the Reynolds number (Re) using SI units and indictae what type of flow is this one. Q.5: A fluid can indicate that it contains 350 cm3 fluids. The mass of full can of fluid is 0.369 Kg, while an empty can weighs 0.153 N. Determine the specific weight, density and specific gravity of the fluid in the can. Express your results in SI units.
