4. 4.

To find out why the constitution was written, all you have to do is read the beginning. It was created because they wanted to “form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.”

 5. 5.

After the Revolutionary War, American was weakened and Continental Congress created the Articles of Confederation. This article was weak, and left out the power to tax people with out their consent, which led to economic depression. Congress figured it was time for a change so they wrote The Constitution.

 9. 9.

I would improve the constitution by making it more understandable for the everyday person. I think if you actually research the constitution its understandable, but if you were to ask me about it before I took this class, I would have no idea what it was.

 10. 10.

I’m sure when the constitution was first created, many more people followed it because it was something new, appose to now, not a lot of people even understand it. So they don’t follow it.
