Findings 2 Trust in leadership 1 Small, medium to large relations in outcome: job performance (small), OCB-altruism (moderate), OCB-civic virtue (small), intent to quit (moderate), job satisfaction (large) and organisational commitment (large). Trust in leadership 2 On the hypothesised antecedents the outcomes are large: distributive justice (moderate, procedural justice (large), interactional justice (large). Trust <=> time Correlation between trust and relationship duration on average is positive and small and varies significantly across studies indicating the presence of unobserved moderators.
