Change Journey Workshops

  1. 1. The Change Journey Map<br />Training & Licensing<br />
  2. 2. Goal:<br />To implement 10-15 one day seminars in different places around the world, in which participants would<br />gain the necessary skills needed for facilitating Change Journeys<br />receive a license for working with the Change Journey Map<br />receive soft and/or hard copies of the Change Journey Map, the question cards and other background materials (slides, handouts, etc.)<br />

License Agreement:<br />Licensees will be granted the right to<br />use the Change Journey Map with their clients<br />sell workshops to clients for working with the Map<br />get preferential conditions to sell the virtual version of the Map (see below)<br />get an annual update of new materials (annual renewal fee)<br />
  4. 4. Virtual Version:<br />After summer, we will launch a virtual version of the Change Journey Map which will be a product to run on the client’s server for creating internal communities of practiceand for a dialogue on their change journey.<br />
  5. 5. Partners:<br />Partners are those who help us to implement the workshops.<br />Their task will be to organize the venue for the workshops, and help in the viral and local marketing. <br />Participant registration and billing would be handled by us.<br />We might accept more than one partner per location to share the burden.<br />

Partner benefits<br />Partners will get a livelong free license for the Change Journey Map if the workshop takes place.<br />They will get preferential conditions to use the virtual version.<br />They will remain the preferential partners for potential future assignments that are related to the Map.<br />

  9. 9. Fees and costs<br /> Participation fees should be around Euro 600 / USD 500, with an early bird and group discount of 20%<br /> Potential reduction for soft currency countries<br /> Yearly renewal fee around Euro 140 / USD 100<br /> Venue costs should not exceed Euro 1000 /USD 1200<br />
  10. 10. Marketing<br />Marketing should be mainly viral (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Blogs, video, slide show).<br />Additionally, we count on partners’ local networks. Partners will be coached in viral marketing (if required).<br />Partners will get soft copies of Marketing materials (PPTs).<br />There will be a couple of free public webinars in April and May.<br />
