Editor's Notes

  1. Welcome to everyone! I had the honor to present to you the Plan module. If I want to briefly summarize what is the essential of the module, i could say, that deals with the usage of ICT systems in the business life and the management tasks.
  2. Firstly, here is what we want to achieve. The objectives of the module is visible on the projector, I would highlight a few important things. Already among the targets up-to-date and usable knowledge can be discovered. By the way, how does the most modern workplace look like? ICT tools are used in everyday work, works many business processes online, e-commerce, global companies we work with, all we hear from innovation and work in teams, and last but not least, it is essential to recognize the opportunities in project management.
  3. The exam is a multiple choice test to be solved, at least 60% of results. The students 'tests show that the time available for the exam.
  4. Our participats in the exam are in post-secondary vocational education, CAD-CAM IT students. 20 people, of whom one take the exam in English. The Operate and Build modules should have been a friend to be, but the results did not show it. The Plan was the most successful module, in the first examination 8 people fulfilled. Nobody fulfilled all the three one first, we organized second and third examination, and they tried to solve again. The last chapter is about security, legal issues, deals with a very readable and easy to digest first read it, or been taught about it in the context of other subject for IT students. For example, ergonomics previously dealt with within the labor protection lessons. The spectacularly better results of the exam helped helped that many of the tests was a task at which point the common sense and clever vision was to guess the correct answer. Among the examinees were divided, half-half the number of those whose expectations had difficulty in the proper exam and those who said that was difficult compared to the test exam. In our school all the participants tried each module.
  5. During the preparation we have gained quite a mixed experience. At the first time the students were against, do not really understand why it will be good for them if they are immersed into an economy knowledge and a stranger appeared in the first issue. When the actual preparation began in the mood also became better because it realized that things we want from them is not impossible, but merely to think and to use the knowledge acquired. There was a time, when they realized at the end of the lesson that we talk about everyday things, which every day come across, but never say the definition before. The exam results fell short of expectations, even though we are talking about the most successful module. In my opinion the preparation was appropriate, but not enough. The failures in the exam suggest that we should not only rely on logic, and indeed necessary to have individual preparation as well.
  6. Participating students could learn our lessons from each chapter, incorporated as additional knowledge and supplemented on the basis of the book. The material is also anticipating more plus allotted, which is closely related to the topics discussed, however, it was perfectly suited to complement the practical use is intended to introduce. The modules are all dealing with information technology vocational training is recommended as a supplement, because a lot of additional knowledge to pupils, which will meet in real life, and this will greatly facilitate effective cooperation in the future workplace. In the case of individual preparation, we recommend a module if anyone has any pre-qualification, typically secondary level. Experience has shown the need for the teacher's explanations of certain topics and in many cases it is important that the professional quotidian material to be translated and transferred into living nearby through examples. Incurred by the idea of eLearning has also, in this case, if we follow international examples, and the course can be carried out online, then it is necessary to have properly detailed video materials.
