  4. 4. PUBLIC RESPONSE<br />HKPC admitted that there was an error of judgment in the operation.<br />The racers are hazardous to public safety<br />HKPC made a wrong decision in the anti-car racing operation<br />Human roadblock is inhumanity<br />Destroyed civilians’ trust in the police<br />
