Materials
 card stock paper (cover, back, 2 sheets for family page and 1
sheet for each family member)
 sheet protectors (cover, back, 2 sheets for family page and 1
sheet for each family member)
 family photo (3) and 1 – individual photo of each family
member, including child
 hook and loop tape
 stick glue
 Picture Communication Symbols words (or similar
product)(see example for words you will need)
 small loose leaf binder rings or yarn

Instructions
 prepare each page as shown (see example of each page)
 attach hook and loop tape on page and each photo
 place in sheet protectors
 bind the book together with small loose leaf binder rings or
yarn
 read with child
