  1. 1. Dr. Oz And Resveratrol On Good Morning America Dr. Oz presented the red wine pill Resveratrol. This pill might help us to live longer, but we first have to fully understand how Resveratrol works, Dr. Oz underlined. What we know for sure is that the gene sirtuin mimics the effects of a calorie-restriction diet, which will make your body really efficient and tell it to avoid wasting any energy. Scientists found Resveratrol in Grapes and Chocolate and other foods. It also makes the wine red and is reponsible for the really low rate of heart diseases in France. French are known for consuming more wine than Americans. Dr. Oz might be right that we are about to experience a break-through. Some people like Dr. Kurzweil, a popular inventor, take 250mg of Resveratrol per day to improve their health and stay young. He also believes that we can stop aging completely in less than 20 years. If you are not taking Resveratrol for it’s anti-aging effects, you might want to take Resveratrol to avoid any diseases and simply because it’s a great anti-oxidant that will strengthen your immunity and improve your health. There is no sign that Dr. Oz takes Resveratrol, but did you every wonder why he is looking so young sometimes? A question that I asked myself is: How long have we known about Resveratrol? After some research I found an article talking about Resveratrol back in 1998. By now a lot of clinical trials (in humans) show great results. If you go to the government site for clinical trials, you can confirm this yourself. If you consider Resveratrol a solution for your health problems, you might want to consider applying for one. After all, Resveratrol is quite popular now. Although, some people reported side effects, they are only minor side effects and not harmful. Source: Dr Oz Resveratrol
