That excitement will carry through to the girls! </li></ul><ul><li>Encourage troops to share their best tip from last year (or something they learned the hard way). </li></ul><ul><li>Go over the position description, make sure they understand their role. </li></ul><ul><li>Sample agenda </li></ul>

Service Unit Bonus <ul><li>$100 – Maintain same level of sales as last year plus 90% of troops in SU participate in the sale. </li></ul><ul><li>Follow all due dates in the manual on page 10. </li></ul><ul><li>Increases lead to more bonus! </li></ul><ul><li>5% increase over last year’s total sale = $50 </li></ul><ul><li>10% increase over last year’s total sale = $100 </li></ul>

Cookie Walkabout / Caravan <ul><li>Service Unit Cookie Managers will need to coordinate for your Service Unit. </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with troops so that each troop has an area in their neighborhood to participate. </li></ul><ul><li>If walking is not doable, a cookie caravan where you drive girls door-to-door can be planned. </li></ul>
    12. 12. Booth Sales <ul><li>Go over all the options for booth sales with troops. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Council-organized booth sales – online sign-up through eBudde </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Service Unit-organized booth sales – how and when they can sign up </li></ul></ul>
    13. 13. eBudde <ul><li>This is the online system that helps troops, Service Units and the Council manage all aspects of the Cookie Sale Program. </li></ul><ul><li>All troops need to enter their information into eBudde. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>This is how cookies, incentives, recognitions and payments are tracked. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Troops should regularly check their sales report to track their progress during the sale. Discrepancies should be reported to SUCM. </li></ul></ul>

    17. 17. Service Units May Add Troops Add a Troop – allows you to enter troop data one troop at a time. Add up to 11 Troops – allows you to enter 11 troops at a time. NOTE: You may hit either one of these buttons as many times as needed.

    19. 19. Troop information may be entered and updated by the Service Unit
    20. 20. Unsubmit Option – Available to correct mistakes before Council order is submitted. Once Council has submitted, no changes can be made. Unsubmit All Cookie Orders – This will unsubmit all troop cookie orders if necessary to allow troops to resubmit. Unsubmit All Initial and Final Incentive Orders – This will unsubmit all troop incentive orders if necessary to allow troops to resubmit. Troops Tab

    22. 22. Incentives Tab   Incentive orders are entered at the girl or troop level. The Service Unit’s role is to monitor the entry of incentive orders and submit the order to the Council.
