Even though it is still in use on a daily basis, we saw quite a lot of limitation. So we decided to also integrate SugarCRM as external solution end of 2016.

When you try to connect two or more 3rd party solutions it quickly becomes quite tricky. Crucial questions: 1. Is there a direct integration or do you need another app like Zapier? 2.
