Comments on these recent work experiences• Pro Tec was acquired by Brainhunter.• Valiant Property Management outsourced its property management operations, and downsized from 70 staff to 6 staff.• People-To-Go owners scaled back on an ambitious strategy, and downsized most of the senior management team.• Hunter Farms did not receive funding for its biomass initiative, and needed to cut its salary costs.• AFM Industries downsized its workforce by 15% as a result of declining revenues.• LPA Solutions engaged me in a contract role to review and improve financial and administrative processes.
