WEEK 1 SYSTEM ANALYSIS INTRODUCTION PROGRAM SATURDAY 14 SEPTEMBER 11 • 10 groups of 5 international mixed students with a supervisor: 5 perspectives and upper/ lower course • Sunday 15/9: o Field visit touring car bus o Formation of groups (evening) • Monday 16/9: Survey plans (9) • Tuesday 17/9 – Thursday 19/9: Field surveys • Friday 18/9: integration of results -> draft system analysis report
  12. 12. WEEK 2 VISION AND SCENARIO BUILDING INTRODUCTION PROGRAM SATURDAY 14 SEPTEMBER 12 • 5 new groups of 10 international mixed students with a supervisor • Resulting in 5 separate power presentations on Friday afternoon 27/9

MATERIAL INTRODUCTION PROGRAM SATURDAY 14 SEPTEMBER 13 • Day to day program: Start at 9.00 h • Breakfast between 7.45-8.45 h • Document with background information (send before and available om paper) • Website http://fs.iamadelta.eu • Presentation from experts during weeks: o Mostly in morning and/or evening • Every evening group leader meeting
  14. 14. FACILITIES INTRODUCTION PROGRAM SATURDAY 14 SEPTEMBER 14 • Conference room (lectures/presentations) = room ‘Andalusia’ • Working room = room ‘Madrid’ • Lab facilities (biology+chemistry in room ‘Catalunya’ • Field equipment available • 10 vans from Tuesday - Friday in first weeks

If you leave the buiding during evening or night take a key of the side door (Tony) • be in time and prepared at activities!! • after 24.00 h silence in the building. People need their sleep. • clean up your mess (look over your shoulder if you leave a room) • exchange mobile numbers/ room numbers • take care: there are other users (children) in El Sabio • Money stuff: keep all you receipts and invoices

Social event at Patio • Tomorrow (Sunday): • 7.45 – 8.45 h: Breakfast • 9.00 – 10.00 h: Conference room Lecture Delta Guadelete • 10.00 – 17.30 h: Exploration study area by bus (lunchpackage is provided at breakfast) • 18.00 – 19.30 h: Diner • 20.00 – 21.00 h: Lecture River systems and measurements plan • 21.00 – 22.00 h: formation of groups
