I always work closely with Guests to greet, converse, and assist with enquiries, especially when VIP Guests, long-stay Guests, and others are in the hotel. My responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Providing the highest quality guest accommodations and services is the main job of a hotel . Accomplishes this by hiring, training and supervising quality personnel to work in all departments, including front desk operations, reservations, guest relations and housekeeping. Also requires to develop promotional and marketing plans to increase business and create a favorable image in the community..
