Group Motivation Inventory

Does the group support a clear and elevated goal?

Yes, every class we have been involved inculcate to us a clear and elevated goals. As well the irregular member who has less interest in the working, our objectives meet our prospective ideas most of the time. “An efficient group has both a clear comprehension of its goal and a principle that its goal is significant and valuable – Clear, elevated goals establish a feeling of enthusiasm and equal necessity. They test group members and provide them the chance to stand out – both as a member and as a team” (Engleberg & Wynn, 2010, p. 35).

Is the task too difficult or complex?

Our group never considers a task a difficult one. Once we are given to work on something, we give our very best to succeed. If we are given a puzzling task, we will coordinate with each other

Our group never considers a task a difficult one. Once we are given to work on something, we give our very best to succeed. If we are given a puzzling task, we will coordinate with each other and figure out the precise point to work on. We exhaust all the means to solve and finish the assignment before asking for the aid of our mentor, a way to enhance our skills and abilities. Are member expectations unclear or unreasonable?
  3. 3. The whole time that we’ve been working as a group, expectations are transparent, and incredibly rational. If something is uncertain, we coordinate to each other and answer it among ourselves. Do some members make it difficult for others to participate? http://uopexam.com/product/psy-430-group-motivation-inventory/
