  4. 4. The issue<br /><ul><li>ECO topic is vivid for the whole society and business
  5. 5. However there is a lot of miscommunication and lack of trustworthy information about the ECO problems
  6. 6. Atlantic Group (AGL) is communication holding that includes 20 agiencies and divisions and is a trend watcher in different topics especcialy in ECO one
  7. 7. AGL decided to organized AGL Green Day as an educational marathon for all AGL employees with goal to:
  8. 8. raise awareness about the problem among AGL employees
  9. 9. deliver full information about worldwide ECO problems to employees
  10. 10. involve employees into the ECO movement
  11. 11. develop the plan of ECO initiatives for the company</li></li></ul><li>Green Day Statistics <br />20 employees AGL team who prepared event<br />2 months of preparation <br />10 speakers from AGL (all topics were developed and <br />presented by company’s employees)<br />14 meetings with external speaker who were perspectives guest-speakers<br />4 guest-speakers<br />10ecological topics were discussed<br />Partners:<br />

  14. 14. “Best Trash-Christmas Tree” Contest<br />was announced 2 weeks in advance to all agencies<br />19 trash-trees were hand-made<br />142Green Day guests voted for the best <br />tree<br />820 UAHwere collected by Christmas<br />trees auction <br /><ul><li>the money are spent on AGL new green initiatives implementation

  16. 16. Outcome<br /><ul><li>150 AGL employees and guests (journalists, clients etc.) were involved in event
  17. 17. Plan of activities 60% of which are implemented by September 1, 2011
  18. 18. 17 publications in industry and business media
  19. 19. AGL Green Day is to be repeated in brief for teenagers – children of AGL employees in December
