  4. 4. Abstract The invention is a design for building element in the form of incomplete sphere, The design save energy. It consists of multiple layers on moving streams equipped with sensors, The movement of the working layers were controlled automatically or manually according to climate changes in the surrounding atmosphere. The top and bottom of the layers are installed on several axes centered together. The movement of insulated layers are done by sliding on the certain channels
