Angel – an individual who makes and investment personally into a company. 3. Venture Capital – an institution who invests money into companies. 4. Types of Funding – Convertible Note (debt that converts into equity later), Equity (normal or preferred stock), CrowdFunding (preorders), CrowdFinancing (NEW! non-accredited investors), RBF (Revenue Based Financing - % of Revenue) 5.
