Medical Claims :
Validating of Claim forms along with medical bills attached

Handling of claim rejections , customer queries and coordinating with different team to
provide best solution to customer .
Creating of Issues on every Existing incorrect Claim and tracking the status to update
the customer .
Handling of Checks like check receivables and payables for Medical Claims.
Finance Support :
Providing right Invoices and SOA to the clients as per the request .
Update regarding Fines , Commissions , Refunds and Credit notes and also sending
payment notification with due date.
Providing Fine calculation sheet if he/she is eligible for fine.
